Very happy that we found Josh to perform the work on our home. We were taking down a small portion of a wall to make a larger more accessible closet space, we also needed to repair the wood flooring.
Josh responded to my initial request quickly, came to see the space, sent over an estimate & had me scheduled promptly. When the work was being performed he was very communicative & kept us in the loop about what was going on. He made sure everything was done with excellent quality.

JKM Building & Renovations did a superb job of gut renovating my townhouse. This was a major undertaking and they were professional and communicative throughout the entire project.
