We are a husband-and-wife duo that started JKM Building & Renovations in 2020 with a goal to provide fully integrated home renovation services within our local neighborhood. We are both passionate about real estate and have over 35 years’ combined experience working in the construction industry, both locally and internationally. We take great pleasure in helping clients realize the full potential of their home. There is no greater satisfaction in knowing that we deliver a product that transforms people’s lives for many years.
Prior to forming JKM Building & Renovations, we were most recently working in New York City - Josh managing renovations of Brooklyn Brownstones and Kate working for a corporate real estate developer. The ability for us to focus on local projects within our community is the cornerstone of why we started the business. We have also renovated our own homes and understand the complexity and stress that comes with home renovation.
