Very happy that we found Josh to perform the work on our home. We were taking down a small portion of a wall to make a larger more accessible closet space, we also needed to repair the wood flooring. Josh responded to my initial request quickly, came to see the space, sent over an estimate & had me scheduled promptly. JKM Building & Renovations did a superb job of gut renovating my townhouse. This was a major undertaking and they were professional and communicative throughout the entire project. Josh and his team at JKM building renovated our apartment in Jersey City. Being an old house we wanted to make sure it was modernized but maintained the authenticity and character of the house.
